    This bike shop has literally become our home away from home. Ryan and the gang are very attentive to everyone's needs whether you are a beginner rider road cyclists or addicted to mountain biking. He knows his stuff and takes the time needed to set you up for a great experience.

    The staff were friendly. When I brought my bike in for a simple repair, they replaced parts that I specifically asked them not to and turned what was supposed to be a 25 dollar job into a 60 dollar job. Again the staff were fine, but I felt taken advantage of.

    We arrived from Penticton to ride for one day. Beaufort Cycles was our first stop. We came in to see where to ride for an intermediate day of fun. We bought a map and had one of the staff give us a perfect route for the day. To our surprise we were offered a free guide for the day to join us. We were then given the favourites for food and beverage. The staff at Beaufort Cycles were exceptional. We will be back to Cumberland next year with the whole family.

    Rad bike shop. I came in from out of town with an emergency repair that had to be done, they tossed my bike in the stand right away no appointment needed. Good staff, good bikes. Definatley coming back!

    Top notch mechanic team, great knowledge of trails and trail conditions. Nice little pump track to play on right beside the shop. The crew at Beaufort are super friendly and passionate about riding. Great selection of bike brands such as evil bmc and gt. Coffee is always hot at Beaufort stop in to peruse and chat you wont be disappointed
